We decided to sell our Short Term Rentals. We no longer own Life’s a Beach I, II, III and V. Currently we only have Life’s a Beach IV left. Anybody interested buying in Vero Beach, apart from Life’s a Beach IV, we own 2 more properties in the same neighborhood. The Rockridge neighborhood in Vero Beach is only 2 miles from the beach. 💥🏖🌞Life’s a Beach V available for the week between April 8th and April 16th and again from April 24th onwards. Located in Sebastian, off of Schuman Drive on Dahl Avenue.
This spacious apartment sleeps 4 very comfortable in the King Master and twin Guestroom. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Screened in back porch to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This Bungalow sleeps 6. Queen Master bedroom, Twin Guest Room and a third “hobbit” bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle, better suited for children or adults under 6feet. Two bathrooms, second bathroom is our “hobbit” bathroom, which is suited better for children.
