We donated some fish for the Belgrade ProStart program. ProStart is a career-building program for high school students who are interested in culinary arts and foodservice management.

The dish they created is Trout Culture trout rolled with fresh basil and tomato, prosciutto di parma wrapped and pan seared. Plated with Roman gnocchi and minted summer squash.
