Our Private beach home is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom that sits on Playa Encanto beach, the best kept secret beach in the area, 24/7 security guard. Playa Enconto is about 12-15 Minutes from Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco. There is no better place for a true relaxing beach vacation. This top notch Contemporary luxurious private beach home we are right on beach, Sea of Cortez, dolphins, tons of stars and totally private, but close enough to the city if you would like to go out for a meal.
Beach home is a Contemporary 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms with accommodations for up to 7-8 people. Master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with a Tuff N Needles Mattress and luxurious quality bedding. Large smart TV. Master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Tuff N Needle mattress, smart TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. 3rd bedroom has a Queen, queen, Twin bunkbed with a flat screen TV also has a shared bathroom with guest bedroom. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower a crossed the hall from both bedrooms. The living room has a large sectional with lighting, Flat screen internet TV, DVD, Direct TV and WIFI. The kitchen has LED mood lighting and is fully stocked with all the utensils, tools and appliances to make a home cooked meal including a dishwasher witch you do not see a lot here lol.. This beach home has ceiling fans throughout and very cold AC. You also have the option of climbing the outdoor spiral staircase that leads to the Margarita Patio where you could relax with a frozen margarita from the margarita machine or a chilled glass of wine while you listen to the sounds of the sea or bask in the sun or try to count the stars in the evening. Patio has a propane fire pit that you can sit next to While you breathe in the salty ocean air and relax there is also a propane fire pit down stairs on the beach.We also have a BBQ grill in front of the house inside the gate. Kayaks, paddle boards and lot of beach games, lots of extras.Rocky Point has amazing sunsets that will take your breath away. You will be very satisfied with your stay here!
