We had such a great time visiting the Marty Boys & Girls Club and getting creative with the younger students! ✨

The students designed and poured their own resin creations, and we were so impressed by their creativity and imagination. It was amazing to see each student come up with their own unique design while having so much fun throughout the activity. Now comes the hard part, waiting! Their resin projects need 24 hours to fully cure before we can reveal the finished masterpieces.

Stay tuned for the final results... we can't wait to see how everyone's resin will turns out!

Thank you Jodi for having us!

We had the opportunity to visit MIS and present on va**ng, alcohol, and smoking prevention. We shared important information, played fun interactive games, and had a great time learning together. A huge thank you to all of the students for being so engaged and making it such a fun and couple weeks, we can't wait to come back! 💙💙💙

Dakota Word of the Week: Makawamduŝkadaŋ (Earthworm) 🪱

💚 MH reminder!
Just like the Makawamduŝkadaŋ quietly helps the earth grow and stay healthy, the small things you do to care for your mental health matter too. Taking a walk, talking with someone you trust, spending time with family, getting enough rest, or showing kindness to yourself and others may seem like small actions, but they help build strength, resilience, and well-being over time. Growth doesn't always happen where everyone can see it. Every small step forward is still progress!

🌷May is Mental Health Awareness Month!!!
We want to remind our youth, families, and community that mental health matters at every age. Many young people face challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress, yet so many keep it to themselves. You are not alone, and you don’t have to go through it by yourself.

It’s okay to not feel okay. It’s okay to talk about your feelings, and it’s okay to ask for help. Reaching out is a strong and brave step. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling quietly, or just need someone to listen, our mental health counseling services are here to support you in a safe and caring space.

Let’s continue to lift each other up, check in on our friends, and spread awareness, because everyone is fighting something, even if we can’t see it. Your story matters, your voice matters, and you matter. 💚💚

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Remember, you can always reach out to us, we’re here for you.
