A glimpse into the history of Camp Graydon Springs.

This photo was taken on June 5, 1960, during the early years when the property was owned by the Ozark Camp Fire Girls and known as Camp Wakahni. For generations, this special place helped shape young lives, build friendships, and create memories that have lasted a lifetime.

Did you attend Camp Wakahni? We'd love to hear your story! Tell us in the comments what year you attended camp and share a favorite memory from your time at Graydon Springs.

Since purchasing the property, we have discovered that many people are unsure of what still remains at Camp Graydon Springs. We wanted to share just a few photos to show that so much of its history is still here and waiting to be brought back to life.

We have already begun renovations on the Mess Hall, which will soon become the new "Welcome Center" for Camp Graydon Springs, which we are excited to show it when it is completed. We've also heard many people mention that the bridge is gone, and we are happy to say that it is still standing strong.

While the primitive cabins are not currently suitable for overnight stays, restoring and improving them is something we are excited to work toward in the future.

Our vision is simple: to breathe new life into a place that has meant so much to so many people over the years. We know Camp Graydon Springs holds countless memories, and we hope to create opportunities for generations to make even more.

If you would like to be part of bringing Camp Graydon Springs back to life, we would love to have you out for a tour, share our plans, and make new memories together.
