Massachusetts State Council of SHRM

Massachusetts State Council of SHRM We promote the advancement of the HR profession and support Massachusetts' six SHRM chapters.

Welcome to the website for the Massachusetts State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (MassSHRM). The Council is the connection between SHRM, the state’s SHRM affiliated chapters, the members of SHRM, and the members of affiliated student chapters. Massachusetts has over 6,600 human resources professionals who are members of SHRM and/or one our four local affiliated chapters. The

Council encourages all SHRM members to join a local chapter as it will enhance your networking connections, expand your professional development opportunities, and in many situations provide opportunities for recertification credits. The Massachusetts State Council wishes to continue to promote the human resource profession by conducting conferences and professional seminars, as well as supporting the professional activities of our local and student chapters. The council website can link you to the most valuable human resources information, current HR news, local chapter websites, and provide you with information about the council and its members, so you are encouraged to link to us regularly.
