Ready to kayak in South Mississippi? We can make it happen!

Ever wonder why the Wolf River looks like sweet tea?

That beautiful amber color comes from natural tannins released by leaves, pine needles, roots, and swamp vegetation as they break down upstream. The Wolf is what’s known as a “blackwater river” a healthy river system flowing through forests and wetlands rich in natural organic material.
So no… it’s not dirty water. That tea-like color is actually part of what makes the Wolf so unique and beautiful! 🛶✨
