From a single office building in Tulsa to a portfolio spanning lifestyle hotels, restaurants, and proprietary brands — the article traces it all: Paul's early days in real estate banking, the acquisition of the Ambassador Hotel Tulsa (our very first), and the pivotal 2014 partnership with Marriott that made us the largest combined operator of Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio hotels.

Nova Lounge OKC is officially open on the 49th floor of Devon Energy Center, inside our very own Vast restaurant. What was once a meeting and event space has been reimagined into OKC's newest cocktail lounge, and it does not disappoint.

Designed for gathering and unwinding, Nova offers signature cocktails, elevated light bites, and sweeping skyline views best enjoyed with good company, whether it's before dinner, after the game, or just because.

Founder & CEO, Paul Coury and his wife Kara Coury traveled to New York City for a night that truly mattered.

This past weekend, the two joined First Responders Children's Foundation at their 25th Anniversary Gala — a powerful evening honoring the children and families of America's first responders. Held at the iconic Gotham Hall, the celebration marked 25 years of unwavering commitment to those who sacrifice so much for our communities. From a memorable journey aboard the CSX Executive Train departing Grand Central Terminal to a moving ceremony honoring 9/11 heroes, the night was a powerful reminder of why this mission matters.

Coury Hospitality is proud to stand alongside First Responders Children's Foundation as they chart the course for years to come. The work they do for first responder families is nothing short of extraordinary, and we are honored to be part of it.

Westlake's icon, reimagined. 🥂

This month, we officially celebrated the grand opening of The Ricardo Marriott DFW Westlake alongside House of Toro, and the evening was everything the space was built to be: bold, refined, and unforgettable.

Guests were welcomed with drinks upon arrival and treated to a night of curated moments — prime cuts and a caviar cart, a build-your-own bouquet flower bar, a craft coffee and tea bar featuring local vendors, and a decadent dessert bar, plus a tour of the meeting spaces styled for both social and corporate events. Every detail was intentional, every touchpoint elevated. Guests left with signature gift bags in hand, a final taste of the evening to take home.

A heartfelt thank you to our Curators and every partner who made this night one to remember. The doors are open & the legacy continues.
