Tiny House Rental Terms & Agreement
Welcome to Hidden Hollow Campground & Off-Road Park. We are pleased to offer our one-room
Tiny House for short-term rental. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully prior
to booking.

1. Property Description
The rental property is a one-room Tiny House designed for comfortable short-term stays. The Tiny
House features:
• Efficiency kitchen with essential appliances
• A full bathroom with shower
• One queen-size bed – one futon converts to full size bed
• All necessary linens and basic amenities
The property is conveniently located at 145 Locust Drive, Whitesburg, KY 41858, near riding trails
and Hidden Hollow Speedway, providing an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts, off-road
adventurers, and dirt track racing!

2. Rental Rate and Fees
• Nightly Rate: $129.00
• Cleaning Fee: $20.00 per stay
Applicable Taxes and Fees:
• 6% Kentucky Sales Tax
• 3% Letcher County Tourism Fee
All taxes and fees will be added to the total reservation cost.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The reservation is not
guaranteed until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellation Policy
• Full Refund: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours prior to check-in.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are eligible for a 50%
refund of the nightly rate.
• Cleaning fees and taxes may not be refundable once the stay begins.

6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
• Treat the property with care and respect
• Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly
• Refrain from illegal activity on the premises
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Occupancy
The Tiny House is intended for short-term lodging only. Maximum occupancy must not exceed
the limits specified at booking. Guests must adhere to campground rules and respect other visitors.

8. Liability
Guests assume full responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during
their stay. Hidden Hollow Campground & Off-Road Park is not liable for accidents, injuries, or
theft.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all
terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

10. Total Costs
The total cost of your stay will include the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes and
fees.

Many of you have reached out wanting a day to practice and test at the track, so we will be having a practice day to round out the Labor Day holiday on Monday September 1st.
Pitside only will be open as there is ongoing renovations occurring at the grandstand entrance.
$20 entry fee with kids 10 and under free .
Gates will open at 1 pm to begin to come and join us and we will get on the track between 3-4 🏁🏁🏁

This is your final chance to test out the track before the big $7,500 night on Friday September 12th !

Via Chris Tilley! -Hidden Hollow’s Coal Miners Classic Surges to $7,500-to-win on September 12

COLSON, KENTUCKY (August 20, 2025)—Hidden Hollow Speedway (Lucky 7 Speedway) track owner Stephen Breeding is excited to announce that his first-ever Super Late Model event will now pay $7,500-to-win. The Coal Miners Classic, that will be tri-sanctioned with the Valvoline / American Late Model Iron-Man Series, the Ultimate Heart of America Super Late Model Series and the Battle of the Bluegrass DIRTcar Series.

The Coal Miners Classic on Friday September 12 at now pays $7,500-to-win and $500-to-start for the 20-car field which boasts a purse in excess of $26,000.

“This track was basically built from the ground up. Sure (Lucky 7 Speedway) was there many years ago but Stephen (Breeding) has built a super nice race track and facility and still plans to upgrade each year,” stated Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series Promoter Chris Tilley. “When Stephen called me last fall and said he wanted to build a race track, I knew then he’d be the right person for the job. His passion for racing comes from his late father Tim and it’s been a fun journey watching his race track building process become a cool reality. We’ve spent plenty of hours on the phone the last ten months and I’m excited to get there in September,” continued Tilley.

Hidden Hollow Speedway is located at 45 KY 7 in Isom, KY 41824. Race teams need to follow Highway 15 out of Hazard, KY to Highway 7 (turn left) at Breeding’s Plumbing & Electric. The track is located approximately five miles on the right off of Highway 7.
