Position Highlights:

Front Desk:

• Ensure rooms meet Hilton brand standards

Laundry:
• Wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and towels

• Support housekeeping with linen needs

Today marks a very special milestone—our 1-year anniversary at Hampton Inn by Hilton Wichita Falls North.

What began as a brand-new hotel quickly became something much more meaningful: a place where travelers feel welcomed, teams find rest after long days of work, families create memories, and our community comes together. Over the past year, we have had the privilege of serving guests from across the country and right here at home, and every stay, every conversation, and every smile has helped shape who we are today.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting a special employee luncheon to simply say thank you to our incredible team. Every smile at the front desk, every spotless room, every perfectly prepared breakfast — it all happens because of their dedication and heart.

As a small token of appreciation, we surprised everyone with fun goodie bags (complete with fidget clickers!) to remind them to take a moment to relax and recharge.

With over 19 years in the hospitality industry, Cuki brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for service. Having worked in multiple hotel departments throughout her career, she leads with knowledge, integrity, and heart—always setting the example for her team.

What truly sets Cuki apart is the loyalty she inspires. Many of her team members have followed her for 15 years or more, a true testament to her outstanding leadership, genuine care for her employees, and love for what she does. She treats her team like family, creates a positive and supportive work environment, and believes in building people up both professionally and personally.

Cuki is also deeply committed to sustainability, community, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her loved ones—especially her children—and values creating meaningful memories with them.
