Rarely do the Tetons get upstaged, but the aurora borealis came to visit the valley.

Last night, the northern lights danced across in the sky above the Tetons. The colorful light traveled in colorful plumes, whisps and pillars. This incredible phenomenon occurs when a solar wind interacts with our upper atmosphere.
