We currently have one space available for rent. It will sleep up to 4 people and consists of a bedroom, living room, full bathroom, screened in porch, outside deck and the use of the patio and yard. It is located in the lower back portion of our house and has its own separate entrance. This is the first of 4 spaces that will be available for rent. There are few places in Pennsylvania where the land itself seems built for a Saturday. Tucked into Happy Valley, this giant of a stadium rises out of the farmland like a cathedral, and on autumn game days the whole valley leans toward it. 🏟️

What always strikes me is the setting. The ridgelines, the cool mountain air, the smell of tailgates drifting over the fields. Long before kickoff the lots fill and the two-lane roads back up for miles, and somehow that slow arrival is part of the tradition. This is one of the largest stadiums in the entire country, yet it sits in a rural corner of central Pennsylvania where the quiet returns the moment the crowd goes home. 🌄

That contrast is the whole story. A place this enormous, this loud, planted in the calm middle of the state, has become one of our defining landmarks. Generations have made the drive up Route 322 for their first white out, and plenty of families measure their falls by it.

Our Barn Loft is available for short term stays. We are a beautiful 35 minute drive to State College. There are breweries, wineries, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores within 20 minutes of us. The Barn Loft has room for up to 4 people in the loft of our 1850's barn. The space is basically one large room. It has a king size bed and queen size pullout couch. There is a sitting area, kitchen, bathroom, game room and deck overlooking Pine Creek. Sundays - Thursdays $150/night. Fridays and Saturdays $175/night. No additional Fees. These prices are subject to change throughout the year and for special events. We do ask for a 2 night minimum. Message us when you are ready to reserve or with any questions you may have.
