Allendale Conservation Club March 2026
April is coming in quickly, all of our thoughts are on camping and sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows, taking a ride on the trails and catching up with friends that you haven’t seen since last fall.
A friendly reminder that all dues must be paid by March 31, 2026. If mailed in, the envelope must be postmarked by March 31st. No exceptions. Please remember to mail ahead of time since your letter does not necessarily get post marked the same day you drop it in the box.
Seasonal total amount due $619.00
Non-seasonal total amount due $359.00
New membership total amount due $409.00 if you know anyone wanting to join.
All contracts have been emailed or mailed out. If you have not received yours, please contact the secretary at [email protected] with your address.
Sign up days have been set for March 21st and 22nd at the club house from 10am – 2pm. Golfcart insurance and pet vaccination must be current and turned in with contract.

We are looking forward to having a great 2026 season with making great memories to last a lifetime.
President Denise Clift and the BOD wanted to make sure everyone is aware of just how much we were in a deficit on our AMEREN last year, and Treasurer Susan Bowyer informed all that it was necessary to transfer funds again just to pay our bills over the winter. With that being said,
We will be voting on 2 motions at the April 12th general membership meeting.
A motion was made for an additional $150 per membership to be paid to go towards electrical fees and will be due 90 days from the day it goes into effect, if it passes.
A motion was made to have 6-8 non-seasonal sites made into seasonal sites, sites to be decided by the board and approved by the membership, to go into effect immediately and be awarded by drawing names out of a hat, for seasonal membership to have first choice before being offered to the non-seasonal waiting list.
There was a discussion on trying out 2 temporary meters to see if installing meters in the future to see what the largest and smallest sites generate electricity and see if this is something that would be feasible to help combat the ever-growing AMERN bills.
We as a club need to come up with ways to make our events bigger and better to help our club grow and continue to thrive.
