We are a husband and wife team located in St Thomas VI. We both bring 23 years of experience in Property management, business management and maintenance and repair. Recently retired from our own Health Care business where we housed the homeless, mentally ill and chemically depen

dent populations. We currently own 13 commercial properties, 2 homes and 2 rentals between Minnesota and the VI. Tovilla Properties will provide the full range of services to home owners, or vacation rentals. We bring not only experience but dependability and honesty. We recently finished fixing up our own home in Frenchman’s bay, complete with an outdoor pool, so we know the locals and how to get things done. Services provided;
Customer Service: Picking up quests from the airport (with a complimentary rum drink) and dropping them off at the rental. Along the way we will try to give them the lay of the land as well as maps and information on the best beaches and must do’s while on Island. Safety: We give each guest our number to call in case of an emergency. Whether it is an issue at the rental or they get lost on Island and need a ride. Maintenance: We will keep up with the quests needs with cleaning, linens or any maintenance issue that may arise. We also provide general maintenance for the rental owner. Light yard work, water delivery, pool cleaning, repairs, painting...etc
Hurricane Preparedness: Preparing the property to whether the storms. Boarding up windows and securing outdoor furniture. Rental Management: Managing the rental income. Printed monthly excel reports for the income/expenses. Making bank deposits for owner. I have over 20 years’ experience with Quick books software, Excel and Word programs. Primary duties while we managed our own business was billing and receivables as well as new business and community contacts. Let us be your one stop shop!

Our Sapphire Beachside Condo is a walkout unit to the beach, yes just open the sliders. Privately owned but resort amenities. Besides the gorgeous beach, outdoor pool, 4 restaurants , coffee shop, beach bar, pizza and fine dining. Live entertainment on Saturday and Sundays. Minutes from Red Hook. Lots of activities on the beach, snorkel, parasail, boat charters. So much to do and see

Sapphire Beach Side Condo. Located on Sapphire Beach. Walk out to the ocean from the patio. Resort amenities but privately owned. Views of St John and the British Virgin Islands. Suite can sleep up to four. One King sized bed and one Queen pull out. Located minutes from Redhook.
