From 5 to 15 October, Sound Healer and Reiki Master Quynh Duong joins us at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. 

Since 2018, Ms. Quynh has explored Natural Sound Healing and Sound Planetarium Therapy, inspired by the pioneering work of Paracelsus and Hans Cousto.

Her approach brings together Eastern healing traditions and Western scientific perspectives, with sessions designed to support physical, emotional and energetic balance.

September brought another harvest from our gardens and farms. In total, 733.8 kg of vegetables, fruit and mushrooms were grown just steps from the kitchens where they would later become meals for our guests.

It's a simple reminder that good food begins long before it reaches the plate, with a seed, a garden and the people who care for them.
