🔧 Hotel Technician
Grand Orlov Hotel — Patong
We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our team at Grand Orlov Hotel (Patong).
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical maintenance of buildings and hotel facilities
Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or commercial properties
Strong knowledge of air conditioning (AC) and ventilation systems
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and manuals
Skills in painting, basic renovation, and finishing works
Experience with drywall installation and repairs
Ability to repair and maintain wooden furniture
Additional skills (preferred):
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Basic plumbing skills
Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues independently
Attention to detail and responsibility
Responsibilities:
Daily inspection and maintenance of hotel facilities
Repair works in guest rooms and public areas
Preventive maintenance of AC and technical systems
Quick response to technical issues

Mandatory experience in the technical department of a hotel or restaurant
Experience in air conditioner cleaning and maintenance
Experience in swimming pool maintenance and water control

Responsible and able to work independently
