We are currently offering a Bedspace exclusively for females that is both cost-effective and worthwhile. This dwelling-place features 7 bunk beds, accommodating a total of 14 females. There are 3 common restrooms and 2 fully-furnished kitchens available for your convenience. We also provide a study area that offers a picturesque view of Estancia. Additionally, we have a little gazebo where you can engage in meditation, indulge in reading, or savor your coffee.

What sets this place apart? Well, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the amenities we provide, including:

However, it's important to note that the use of charcoal is strictly prohibited on our premises. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our residents and maintain a clean environment, preventing any potential fire hazards.
