💬 Nice place for a stroll
Follow the broad walk for a stroll between homes and the beach. Many homes are decorated for the Holidays season and are gorgeous. There are some shops and restaurants to enjoy on your visit!

💬 Quaint must see
We have very limited time in the Newport Beach area and are very happy that we spent the first half day off the plane on Balboa Island. We walked along the path by the water and thoroughly enjoyed the million dollar homes that were decorated for Christmas while watching sailboat racing. We then walked up and down the streets, window shopping. We should've taken the ferry over to the peninsula from there but opted for the long way around to Newport Beach to spend our evening. Don't miss Balboa Island if in the area
