Home made bbq sauce
1/3 tomato sauce
1/2cup soya sauce
2 springs rosmarry
1/2ts ginger
4tbs honey
1tb beef stock
1/3 water
1ts maizina
Method
Mix all the ingredients into pot boil until the liquid is redused .thicken with maizena
U can serve with beef fillet, chicken pork or any dish of ur choice

Home made pizza dough recipe7g yeast1tb sugar30ml oil1ts salt
450g flour
320ml water
Method:
Step1. Whisk water,yeast n sugar
Step2. mix in the flour
Step3. Add oil and salt
Step4. Knead the dough and leave it to rest for 5minutes
Step5. roll it n flatten t to desired shape.
