I have large ensuite rooms here at The Rosemont Guesthouse available to rent on a weekly or monthly basis. The rooms are fully furnished (including a TV) with free WiFi throughout. There is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen for tenants to use with allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space. The kitchen has a seating area and there are French doors leading to a back court yard which is also for the use of tenants. There is a washing machine and also drying facilities included. CCTV is in place on access points and there is a door ring on the front door. We have a front garden with tables and chairs for tenants to relax and enjoy the sun. We have free parking on the road and also at the front of the property. Prices start at 100 per/week for unfurnished and start a 150 per/week for the fully furnished rooms.
