🔥 A little something new at The Bear Necessities… and a reminder that sometimes you have to let go of doing everything yourself. 🐻🤎
For a long time, I bent over backwards trying to manage this property on my own. I wanted everything to be perfect for our guests, and I put an incredible amount of time, energy, and effort into making sure things were taken care of.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something… I was spending way too much, working way too hard, and honestly, I wasn’t managing the property as efficiently as I could have been.
It’s a hard thing to admit when you’ve poured so much of yourself into something. You start thinking, “If I don’t do it, who will care about it the way I do?”
Then I found Svenmar Nightly Rentals. ❤️
And what a difference it has made.
Having a professional team that actually knows the vacation rental business, understands the importance of the guest experience, pays attention to the little details, and knows how to manage a property efficiently has been such a blessing.
This beautiful firepit table is just one of the new additions they’ve helped bring to The Bear Necessities. 🔥 It may seem like a small thing, but to me it represents something much bigger — finally having the right people helping me turn the vision I’ve had for this place into a reality.
I built The Bear Necessities because I wanted to create a place where families and friends could come together, slow down, explore the Black Hills, and make memories.
I’m so happy I finally found a team that can help me make that dream even better. 🥹❤️
Thank you, Svenmar Nightly Rentals, for taking something I’ve worked so hard for and helping me take it to the next level.
And if you’ve been following along… this is just the beginning. 👀
More additions are coming to The Bear Necessities very soon — including a HOT TUB! 🛁🔥🐻
I can’t wait to share what’s next. 🌲
