✨ This time last week… ✨

We were celebrating our fabulous THRIVE Class of 2025–26 as they graduated from our award-winning leadership development programme. 🎓🌿

After a year of learning, growing and challenging themselves, our THRIVErs finished on such a high with their final presentations - and they absolutely smashed them. We’re so excited to see their ideas brought to life across our hotels and within their teams over the months ahead.

And what a day to celebrate! ☀️
The sun came out just in time for post-presentation celebrations on the river, before heading back to The Arden for certificates, gifts and a very special Indian banquet.

A huge thank you to Team Arden for hosting us so brilliantly. The food was incredible and the attention to detail throughout the day made it feel extra special. ❤️

A fantastic day celebrating an equally fantastic group of people and everything they’ve achieved over the past year.

🏆 WINNERS! 🏆

We’re so proud to share that Eden Hotel Collection has won Excellence in HR Technology at the 2026 HR in Hospitality Awards for our implementation of Reelyze, our social learning platform.

This one truly feels like a collective Eden win - our managers and Training Champions have been central to the journey, helping us evaluate the platform, build knowledge bases, create learning and move knowledge closer to the people who know our hotels and operations best.

Since launching, our bespoke Reelyze content has generated more than 12,665 reel views and 16,000 course completions, with compliance now averaging an incredible 92%.

“The judges were highly impressed by the strength of the business case, the clarity of the identified need, and the innovative approach taken to address it. What particularly stood out was the compelling “why” behind the initiative, it was an honest and transparent account of the implementation journey, including how the challenges were overcome. They felt it represented an excellent example of how technology can be used to drive engagement, ownership, and meaningful business outcomes across an organisation.”

A very proud moment for our People Team - but an award that belongs just as much to every manager, Training Champion and team member who has helped bring Reelyze to life. 🏆

This beautiful cheese tower was for a wedding at the stunning Brockencote Hall for a Christmas wedding.

Six tiers of cheese, decorated with fresh fruits and herbs cut from our own garden.
