At this month's ARDA spring conference, HGV earned 14 ARDA Awards, including two prestigious ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Awards, with 46 finalists recognized across the organization.

Our Team Members came together to support Red Cross Giving Day by hosting a car wash to benefit disaster relief efforts. Proceeds help provide shelter, food and care to communities recovering from emergencies.

“I just recently got promoted to director. It’s possible — grab every opportunity in front of you. Sometimes you have to create that opportunity.” ✨

Raquel Ribeiro’s journey at Hilton Grand Vacations is such an inspiring example of what growth can look like over time.

She joined HGV in 2004 as part of the opening team at Tuscany Village, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando, starting as a PBX operator and front desk agent. From there, she leaned into every opportunity to learn, grow and step outside her comfort zone, even when it wasn’t part of her job description.

Today, she’s a director. 👏

Stories like Raquel’s are a reminder that with curiosity, initiative and a willingness to grow, anything is possible.
