"What type of development is Northshore Resort? Do I own the title?"

Northshore Resort is a bare land condominium community located on the north shore of Buffalo Pound Lake.

That means when you purchase a lakefront or RV lot, you hold individual title to your lot, giving you full ownership of your space.

As an owner, you also get access to all resort amenities, while contributing to the upkeep through a monthly condo fee. Property taxes are paid separately to the RM of Dufferin.

It’s the best of both worlds, own your lot, enjoy the resort lifestyle. 🌅
