Just minutes from our two North Carolina properties awaits a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from a small developed city park called Jump Off Rock in the nearby town of Laurel Park. No hiking necessary. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot anytime of day but catching a sunset view as storms clear out is quite magical.

High up in the Blue Ridge Mountains off the Blue Ridge Parkway and less than an hour from our cabins is a beautiful area called Graveyard Fields. Hiking trails take you to a couple of great waterfalls. The nearby East Fork Overlook on the Parkway offers amazing views. Still a lot of fall color to be found up to 5000’.
