🚨 Last-Minute Call Out 🚨

At 5:30pm, we received an urgent call regarding a 10-bedroom property that had been left uncleaned due to a miscommunication elsewhere. 🤦‍♀️

Our team dropped everything and got straight to work. 👷‍♂️

Just 3 hours later, by 8:30 pm, the entire property had been cleaned, beds made, pool and sauna cleaned. ✨️

Sometimes things don't go to plan, but that's when having a reliable cleaning team really counts! ❤️

I'm incredibly proud of our team for stepping up at short notice and delivering under pressure. When emergencies happen, we're ready to respond. 🥰

I'm definitely glad to be starting a fresh new week! 🫣

This week, I've set aside a few days away from the cleaning side of the business to focus on the admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As I'm writing this, I'll be enjoying a rare weekend off... but in the serviced accommodation world, plans can change in an instant, and last-minute bookings are all part of the job! 🏡
