Last week was pure magic! We celebrated Taino culture and Puerto Rican roots with mesmerizing rhythms and delicious food that lifted our spirits and honored our ancestors. It was an unforgettable night filled with “mucho sabor” and surprises that really made us get ready for the fire horse year. After this extravaganza, we’re taking a well-deserved break! ✨🙏🏽

Catskill Bayou returns to the Catskills for its second iteration on January 15–16, 2026, at Amaya Guesthouse in Oak Hill, NY. Created by chef Joseph Hayes and hosted by Craig in the Catskills, the experience brings the rich culinary traditions of Cajun and Creole culture from Louisiana into the Catskill Mountains. The two-part gathering begins with an intimate dinner and fireside social on Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, followed by an overnight stay and a house-made breakfast the next morning—an invitation to slow down, connect, and experience food as culture, memory, and community.
