The upstairs is an open concept loft with two queen beds and a half bath. Main level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, living room with pull out couch, and a bedroom with a king bed and single cot. The walkout basement has a dining area, living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bunk bed, and another separate single bed. The walkout basement also has a kitchen
ette which includes hot plate, microwave, small fridge, kitchen sink, cupboards, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and a few spices. Upstairs kitchen features oven, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, condiments, cooking spices and oils, pots and pans, coffee pot and all dishes/cutlery. Cabin has wrap around decks, wifi, flat screen t.v. with an apple tv, barbecue, fire pit, hot tub and a picnic table. The whole cabin can sleep 11 people comfortably. Upstairs can sleep 9 people and downstairs can sleep 6 people. Pets are welcome provided they do no damage and all pet residue is cleaned up. Any cancellation made by the guest shall be in writing via email and is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they receive a reply confirmation email to ensure it was received. [email protected]
Deposits will be refunded less a 75.00 cancellation fee for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is received 29-0 days before arrival a 50% refund will be issued unless the cabin can be re-rented for the time frame originally booked in which there will be a full refund less the 75.00 cancellation fee. We highly recommend buying trip cancellation insurance during this time in the pandemic.
