The villa is a world-class, 4,500 square foot, hideaway that offers, you the guest, the best of both worlds. It offers complete privacy, and independence, as well as access to all of the Wharekauhau amenities.

The Foley Villa is located a short 10 minute walk, (or 2 minute drive), from the main lodge with stunning views over the dramatic Palliser Bay. Built to make a statement, and yet it sits as an elegant stand-alone property framed by backdrop of the Remutaka Ranges. The 3 bedroom villa is split between two levels, joined by an Oamaru sandstone staircase. The interiors were custom designed by local designer firm Kurio Design. The villa has a light and bright Hamptons-style feel that has been designed to incorporate as much natural light as possible with high ceilings, large windows, and full sliding patio doors.
