A pochi chilometri dal nostro hotel si trova Marostica, la celebre città degli scacchi ♟️
La sua piazza principale, una vera scacchiera a cielo aperto, ogni due anni diventa teatro della Partita a Scacchi con personaggi viventi, una tradizione che affascina viaggiatori e ospiti dal 1454.
La leggenda narra di due nobili che si contendevano la mano della figlia del Castellano e che, per evitare un duello, trasformarono la sfida in una partita a scacchi. Una storia che ancora oggi rivive, rendendo Marostica una tappa imperdibile durante un soggiorno tra le colline venete 🍃
