✨FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR✨
You will be the face of Amila greeting guests with a smile and providing excellent customer service. The position involves all aspects of front office reception and day to day administration tasks.

Salary: Php 525 for 8 hours work

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
Handle guest reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately and efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Provide detailed information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist in coordinating reservations and room allocations to optimize room occupancy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues or complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional guest service.

Previous front office/reception experience is a plus ideally in a beach and dive resort environment. Must be Proficient in computer (word, excel, email, printing, scanning) knows how to use a credit card facility, calculating payments (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage)

You must be available to work on Weekends and public holidays. Rainy day or Sunny day. Willing to work long hours when needed

Aside from a competitive wage we offer sss, philhealth, pag-ibig, overtime pay, service charge, tip, 13th month pay.
