Banjar Buddhist temple or well known as Brahma Buddha Banjar located in Tegehe village, Banjar sub district, in the mountains close to Lovina beach, Northern Bali and about 10 km from Lovina beach and around 88 km from Denpasar international Airport. The largest Buddhist temple in Bali which is the temple has a lot of Hindu influences in the statues in architecture. This temple was built by Yayasan Giri Rakketo Maha Tera, in the late of 20th century exactly in 1960 and after 1.970 and it was opened formally in 1973.
at the moment ( Feb 2020 ) there is some renovation going on , but the temple is normal open, so you can visit.

The hot water springs provide a recreational and therapeutic experience, due to the water’s sulphuric content. This can be seen from the yellowish red sedimentation at several points of the spouts and pool walls.

The complex is known to have been further developed during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia during World War II. At the time, the waters of the hot springs were known to have cured various skin problems as well as rheumatic ailments.

Banjar Hot Springs continue to provide an enjoyable and health-benefitting retreat up in the hills of the north, for those seeking relaxation, fun, sightseeing, and a totally different experience.

Those not willing to go for a swim can easily enjoy the lush tropical gardens, or the view from above at the Komala Tirta Restaurant, or shopping for souvenirs at the rows of art shops just outside.

The hot springs are an easy itinerary on trips to North Bali, approximately 25km west from the town centre of Singaraja, the capital of the Buleleng regency.

Pura Beji Temple is a large and beautiful temple complex in the village of Sangsit in North Bali, dating back to the 15th century, during the spread of the Majapahit kingdom from Java. The temple is revered by village farmers and is unique in Bali, in that it also serves as a ‘pura puseh’ or the village’s central temple. The temple is a seven-kilometre transfer east from the Buleleng regency’s capital of Singaraja, and 14 kilometres’ drive from Lovina Beach.
