Honestly, we canā€™t decide if itā€™s the combination of spots and stripes or the ridiculously fluffy tail that makes these beautiful Nyalas so irresistible.

How is it that time of the year already, when we get to see all the new little offspring enter the world?

Thereā€™s something pretty special about watching the bush wake up ā€” one tiny bundle of fluff at a time.

That beautiful moment when you realiseā€¦ you donā€™t have to go to work tomorrow. šŸ˜ŒšŸ„‚

And suddenly, the weekend looks a little different.

Maybe itā€™s slow mornings, mountain views, a little luxury, unexpected encounters and absolutely no idea whatā€™s around the next corneršŸ¦’

Expect the unexpected.
This is what weekends are supposed to feel like.

A very special sighting on Kilburn Nature Reserveā€¦
āš«ļøšŸ”“

Weā€™re incredibly excited to have spotted Southern Ground Hornbills on the reserve. These magnificent birds are such a special part of our natural heritage, and weā€™re hoping theyā€™ll settle in, find the perfect nesting site and make Kilburn their home.

Hereā€™s to more sightings, wild spaces and a thriving birdlife.
