A beautiful family home in the heart of leafy Newlands, offering a relaxed combination of comfort, style and plenty to keep the whole family entertained. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a modern open-plan kitchen and a dedicated entertainment area, the home has an easy, welcoming feel that makes settling in effortless.

The four spacious en-suite bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with air conditioning and heating in three of the four rooms. Families are particularly well catered for, with a dedicated kids’ room featuring bunk beds, a cot available on request, and a garden filled with fun.

Outside, the large swimming pool has both a safety cover and secure gate, as well as a pool heater, while the jungle gym and trampoline keep younger guests entertained. Inside, there are three TVs with Netflix and DSTV, along with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Kids’ toys and bicycles can also be arranged on request.

The location is one of the home’s real highlights. Restaurants, Cavendish Square, the Vineyard Hotel and Newlands Cricket Stadium are all within walking distance, while the V&A Waterfront is around a 15-minute drive away.
