I would never again stay at Lady Hamilton. The experience was so horrifying I could barely believe my eyes. The first night, I had a big dent in my bed and kindly requested they would provide me with a proper bed to sleep on. This is what they changed it to. Just disgusting and unbelievable that a hotel would keep BROKEN beds for their guests. I honestly rather slept ON THE FLOOR. No compensation was given to me after my feedback.
