NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ROBERTS PLACE PAARL
No childten under 18 allowed to enter the bar area.
Arrival any time after 14h00
Departure time strictly 10h00
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
No children under 18 allowed to play with pooltable or dartboard.
No glasses or drinks on or around the pooltable.
No furniture to be moved around or chairs taken outside. No bar chairs behind the counter. Do not attempt to move the pool table.
Do not use items / food belonging to other guests.
Accomodation is self catering and make sure you bring the necessary food and beverages prior to arrival.
The house is under 24 hour video surveillance and guests breaking rules may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
When playing music in the bar area only all doors must be locked and access must be obtained from the lounge to the bar area. No music boxes instruments of any kind allowed in rooms or outside at pool area.

Please refrain from shouting, hooting of car horns when going outside the premises to welcome other patrons or friends. Lower your voice
No bottles glasses in proximate of the swimming pool.
Cigarette butts to be disposed of in ashtray not on grass.
The premises must be left clean when departing.
No smoking in the rooms. [Very Strict]
People that are not booked in to stay at the guest house may not enter the premises without prior arrangement with the Owner An additional R100 will be charged for for each guest entering the premises if permitted by owner. Please note no other guests except those booked in, may enter the premises, not under any circumstances.
Music must be toned down completely after 22h00 and may not at any stage be loud where it can disturb the neighbours or other patrons .No swimming or patrons gathering at pool area after 22h00 and before 09h00 the morning . Pooltable closed between 22h00 till 09h00
No ho**ah pipes to be smoked anywhere inside the guest house.
Smoking is allowed in the Bar area but not in bedrooms. Bedroom doors must be locked at all times as we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property of guests. Vehicles may be parked on designated area.
No chairs allowed behind bar counter.
You do not rent the whole guest house and have no entitlement to use the bar or kitchen or pool exclusively as the owner resides on the property.
Do not remove pool pipes from the pool.
The kitchen must be kept clean and no dishes cutlery to be left in the zink. Pack utensils away clean immediately after use.

Do not use towels in bedroom at the pool. Pool towels are provided
at the pool. Throw over on beds not to be taken outside the bedroom, it is for decorative purposes only.

We have updated our terms and conditions policy due to non compliance of guest house rules .
