The Pool Room is a luxury private guest cottage located on the owner's property, situated in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch, in Cape Town. The property is ideally situated a few minutes drive from Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums, shopping centres, UCT, Medical and Conference facilities.This comfortable guest suite comprises open-plan living. The room has cottage pane doors that open onto an outdoor patio into the courtyard, which features a 13-metre lap pool and outdoor sitting area with loungers. Adjacent to the queen size bed is a lounge area with a TV and full DSTV for media entertainment. The bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. Shower soap and fluffy bath towels are provided. The suite also features a kitchenette area with heat-and-eat-facilities such as bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with a washing up area. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are provided, as well as a fruit platter on arrival. Secure, off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle. The hosts and their 2 young children live in the main house, and will always be on-hand to assist with travel advice or airport transfers (nominal extra fee).The Pool Room is ideally situated an 8 to 10-minute drive from UCT campus, King David Mowbray Golf Club, Cavendish Square Shopping Centre. The Constantia Wine Route and Kenilworth Racecourse are approximately 15 to 25 minutes away.

The Pool Room is a guest suite located on The Kelly family's property, situated in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch, in Cape Town.

The property is ideally situated a few minutes drive from Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums, shopping centres, UCT, Bishops and other facilities.

This comfortable guest suite comprises open-plan living. The room has doors that open onto an outdoor patio into the courtyard, which features a 13-metre swimming pool and outdoor sitting area with loungers. Adjacent to the bed is a lounge area with a flat-screen TV for media entertainment.

The bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The suite also features a kitchenette area with heat- and eat-facilities such as bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with a washing up area. Secure, off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle.
