If you still need a reason to visit the century-old Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, then the Boomslang (officially known as the Centenary Tree Canopy Walkway) is it! You could visit the garden a dozen times, and there would still be a pocket of flower-filled loveliness or a shady grove of mature trees still waiting to be discovered in this magical location against the eastern slopes of Cape Town’s Table Mountain, such is it’s immense size. Spend a day being mesmerised by nature’s blissful beauty. #DiscoverCapeTown #Kirstenbosch #TableMountain

A lovely winter bucket list activity to explore during lockdown. Chapman’s Peak Drive winds its way between Noordhoek and Hout Bay on the Atlantic Coast on the south-western tip of South Africa. “Chappies”, as locals like to call it, is one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world.
