We booked and we had to cancel due to Corona virus... We cancelled on the 16th already and this Allan guy kept on promising to refund our money back... We have been emailing, phoning and no proper response.. All we get is just excuses This is so unprofessional and very bad to treat customers like this WE WANT OUR MONEY
