Fish Hoek Beach stretches for just over a mile. It's calm warmer waters make it one of the most popular Cape Town beaches for families, and there is loads of space for them to spread out. During the busy season, the northern side, Clovelly, is usually quieter with bigger, fun waves.

If one feels like a stroll, there is a fantastic walk which which hugs the coastline and passes the tide pools.
