Zodwa Mashaba is one of those people who quietly go the extra mile. We often see Zodwa doing things that are not part of her job description. She has 4 boys and a girl of her own. As a family they love to experiment with the traditional plant maroggo, which is mostly a wild plant that people cook in different forms. Zodwa and her children plant their own and then she and her girl love to experiment in different cooking techniques with this unique food. When she goes out, she likes to eat hake, fish and chips. She loves the atmosphere, peace and quietness of Chestnut Country Lodge. She has worked for 13 years in total at our establishment. Thanks for all the dedication Zodwa!
