🖤 Hyena Den Magic in Kruger! 🐾

Our guests at Ukubuya Lodge 523 were treated to an unforgettable sight this week as they watched playful hyena pups emerge from one of the many active hyena dens currently found in the Kruger National Park to greet their returning mom.

Did you know?
🐾 Hyena clans are led by powerful females.
🐾 Cubs are born with their eyes open and tiny teeth.
🐾 Spotted hyenas are skilled hunters, not just scavengers.

Moments like these are what make every Kruger safari truly unforgettable! 🌿

Kruger National Park delivered some incredible game viewing today! 🐘🦓🐢

No cats spotted this time unfortunately, but the bush definitely reminded us they were close by… nothing beats seeing a massive lion spoor pressed deep into the sand 🦁👣

That’s the magic of the wild — even when you don’t see them, you know they’re out there.
