Would you like panaramic sea and mountain views, to hear the sound of the sea and birds (no traffic) and to walk up a pretty, treed, steep path to your home?

Sealoft is a seperate, furnished unit, in St James, offering:
* a private deck
* a main open plan bedroom (king-size bed) / sitting area, * a second, smaller, room (bedroom (3/4 bed), or study),
* a kitchenette (equipped with fridge, small oven, 2 plate stove, kettle, microwave, toaster)
* a shower/toilet room.

We, have really good, proactive security in our area, with cameras and security guards.
Street parking only, with a walk up a path to the house.

6 month rental: May to end Oct 2023.
R10 000 pm, with a month's deposit.
This price is inclusive of electricity, and wifi. We have a UPS for wifi during loadshedding.
No pets, as there is a dog on the property.
