The town of Nigel, directly south of Springs and Brakpan, lies in what is known as the East Rand, southeast of Johannesburg. We have a swimming pool and a spacious yard for children to play. Breakfast is optional and guests are free to use our modern kitchen to prepare their delicious meals. We offer five comfortable rooms, all with double beds. Three rooms have en-suite bathrooms and two share a

private bathroom. Features include a TV and air-conditioning in the common room. While visiting Nigel, make sure you head out on the R42/Marievale Road extension to the Marievale Bird Sanctuary, a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of city living, lying on a large wetland roughly 10 km outside of town. Also take in Diepkloof Farm Museum on the Nigel road towards Suikerbosrand. This is a restored farm house from 1850, and while out here, visit Suikerbosrand itself, where a day spent hiking is food for the soul
