What a busy season it's been so far at La Maison Cairn..we had wonderful guests, that really enjoyed themselves with us, as evidenced by the comments left in the visitors book:

Wow, thanks to all our new 'likers'!! (is there such a word!!??)

June is 'SSS' month at La Maison Cairn...that's Super Saver Special month..we're already in our low season rate period, an amazing deal as it is, but now we are doing something totally ridiculous..dropping the rate by 20% for the month of June..that's only R520.00 per couple, B&B + a bottle of bubbly...minimum stay 2 nights...don't miss out...book now..spread the word..

Ok, so I've been in hibernation for a while, but don't think that La Maison Cairn has been in hibernation!

Cathrine and Alwyn stayed with us in April, and Cathrine wrote, 'a beautiful place, enjoyed your friendliness and hospitality. Will definitely be back'.

Brian and Justine were also with us in April, on their wedding night!!!, and said, ' Wow, what a special place! Thank you for making our wedding night the best. We are very grateful for your kindness and hospitality'.

We've also been renovating at La Maison Cairn. New carpets, check, headboard recovered, check, new art work, check, dedicated DSTV, check in another week, and lots more changes to make a visit to La Maison Cairn a really special experience...really looking even more stunning.

Gosh, have I been tardy or what?!!!

We've had such wonderful guests with us over the last couple of months..Gilbert and Sarie from Pretoria said, 'Fortunate to find such a gem to stay in. Personal and friendly. Peaceful and spectacular setting'. Then, last night, Ashley and Rebecca stayed with us on their weeding night!!!. They so enjoyed their evening and said, 'Beautiful place, stunning view, friendly people, fantastic breakfast - thank you'.

Can't believe it's been nearly a month since I posted something.. time seems to have just evaporated!! It was so nice to have Sandra and Max from Gothenburg, Sweden with us for a couple of nights..here's what they had to say 'Best stay of our trip; we showed up unannounced and were welcomed in like family. Great breakfast and service, Henry. We'll be back as soon as we can'. We so enjoy making peoples holiday experience that little more more special..why no come join us sometime..

Things have been so busy that I haven't kept every one up dated on how happy our guest have been!! Gerry and Liz from Edmonton, Canada, who were here last week, said..'Thank you for being wonderful hosts...breakfast was delicious..actually saw the whales', and Sibs from Zim and Thadi from Pretoria, who left this morning, said, 'This is such a beautiful home. We really appreciate your hospitality and we'll certainly be back'..great to have them with us

It was fantastic having our guests from Geneva with us..they so enjoyed their time at La Maison Cairn that they stayed an extra 4 days!!
