We haven't posted much lately, and for good reason!

The past several weeks have been incredibly busy here at Africa Hunt Lodge as we've been hosting hunters across both Witklip Lodge and Kudu Valley Safari Lodge. With 2–3 safari groups arriving each week, our team has been focused on delivering exceptional hunting experiences and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The South African winter has arrived, the bush has opened up, and the rut is now in full swing across the Bushveld. Mature trophy animals are becoming more active every day, and our hunters have enjoyed tremendous success on a wide variety of species.

From early morning stalks to exciting encounters and outstanding trophies, it's been an incredible start to the season. Most importantly, we've had the privilege of sharing the African bush with hunters from around the world and watching lifelong safari dreams become reality.

The best part? The season is just getting started.

June, July, and August are traditionally some of the finest months of the year to hunt in South Africa, and conditions continue to improve with each passing week.

A sincere thank you to all of our recent guests for trusting us with your African safari adventure. We look forward to welcoming many more hunters in the weeks ahead.

(53) Fifty-Three Hunting Trophies heading to the taxidermist today from our last few hunts. They have been scored by our certified master measurer’s, salted, dried, and skulls cleaned carefully for the next step of the process. Our clients should have them back in the States this time next year.

There is space still prior to May 11th at our Witklip Lodge, and a Women's Only Retreat from August 12 - 21st at Kudu Valley Safari Lodge (Hunting or Photo Safari), then again from September 17th through the end of October for both Lodges.
