Vedika, Director of Operations at RH Hotels & Management Pty Ltd, leads five hotels, in a highly demanding industry. Yet her proudest moments are not defined by titles or accolades, they come from seeing her team members thrive.
Watching colleagues progress from frontline roles to senior leadership positions, knowing that her guidance has fostered an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered, is what she treasures most.
Throughout her career, Vedika has discovered that authenticity is a strength. Being open, listening attentively, and embracing opportunities to learn and grow builds trust, respect, and lasting influence.
Her advice for women starting their careers? Step forward, even if you don’t feel fully ready. Lead with authenticity. Invest in the growth of those around you. True growth happens when you stretch beyond your comfort zone, and meaningful success is never achieved alone.
