Position: General Manager (1)
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards.
-Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
-Ensure excellent customer service, address guest complaints, and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
