Royal Fams, We are looking for an experienced Real Estate specialist to help us expand our clients, and create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Royal Fams provides a full cycle of work with property in the United Arab Emirates markets:
Royal Fams Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
RF Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
Your responsibilities:
To contact on daily basis potential client and provided lead from tale marketing team set a schedule with client for meeting provide the necessary information about services and facilities we provide sign the agreement and submit the document to office.
Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current sales and rentals;
Maintain and update on daily basis leads of available properties;
Answer questions about contracts and terms to client;
Build strong customer relationship.

Target Base job
We expect that you:
at least 2 years of professional sales experience
Strong English communication /Arabic
Hold valid UAE driving license.(Advantage)
It’ll be amazing if you also have:
solid understanding of Dubai market, areas;
Your own car (Advantage)

2000 Basic Salary High commission,
Rang of salaries including commission 7000 to 10,000.
