Kempinski floating palace The marvelous oasis that is Dubai will now be home to the world’s first floating resort palace.

The Kempinski Floating Palace, which will open in 2025, will have 200 hotel rooms and 48 private villas by Neptune nestled in the heart of the ocean and accessible only by boat, yacht, or helicopter. The palace will be centered around a gigantic glass pyramid structure where our guests will find everything that you would expect from a five-star resort, including first-class service, upscale dining

and swanky bars. The main atrium of the complex continues to float into the extraordinary, coming through with 200 rooms, divided between royal suites, deluxe rooms, and 16 luxury penthouses fitted with built-in private pools.
